Lorraine Nicholas

Lorraine has been a core part of Hometree Property since its beginning in 2008, playing a key role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of the business.

With over 30 years’ experience as a theatre nurse, along with time in radiation oncology, Lorraine brings a calm, methodical and highly organised approach to her work. Her background in the medical field has instilled a strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage complex processes with care—qualities that are invaluable in keeping the business running smoothly.

As Office Manager, Lorraine works closely behind the scenes to support Graeme and Jack across all aspects of administration, accounts, and operational management. From managing workflows to ensuring nothing is overlooked, she is the steady hand that keeps everything on track.

Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, staying active with bike riding, and most importantly, spending time with her family. As a dedicated mum and proud grandmother, family remains at the centre of her life—something that naturally carries through into the care and commitment she brings to the business.
