Graeme Nicholas

More of a mentor, than a stiff managing director, Graeme takes a strong personal interest in every client. It’s the sort of hands-on approach you’d expect from someone who started his career in the building business on the ground floor. Getting his start as an apprentice, then qualified carpenter, means Graeme understands all aspects of the building trade.

After moving into a diverse range of building and construction roles, Graeme honed his skills and knowledge working in supply chain positions, project management and sales and marketing – before branching out on his own in 2008.

With a wealth of industry knowledge, Graeme focuses on the building and property side of the business – from finding land for first homeowners, to helping investors secure approval for a duplex development. Graeme understands just what can be realistically achieved, according to a client’s budget and time frame. Graeme is a licensed real estate agent and he is conscious of supporting developments that sit comfortably within the environment. A family man through-and-through, Graeme also enjoys everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer and he does like to unwind with a round of golf, or two.
